Thankyou for your caring hugs mysticangel, Delphina, Mlady Raka and Nicole.

I am blessed to have so much wonderful big hugs from so many wonderful people,

You all brought a big smile to my face with every hug I recieved,

I thankyou all for helping me heal it feels so good to know someone cares.

I feel alone, and achamed that I cry in front of my children.

But now just thinking of your hugs brightens every minute of everyday,
I feel so much better .

Thankyou so very much and I wish your lives are happy and full of love and light.

Oh don't feel achamed about that at all sweet angel...
I do it infron of my son also..
We all have down times..
Sometimes it hits when we don't think they are around..

Thankyou so much for your support Nicole,
It means so much to me,
Its just one of those lowest times in life where you feel a loss of control and
you dont know where you are heading,
And no-one around you feels your pain.

And I feel so lucky to be apart of this group and to have your support,
I am not lonely anymore,
