It's wonderful to know that you are able to give yourself a hug Samson. this is something you could teach others to do, give themselves a hug to acknowlege how special they really are to themself and why they chose to be who they are in the first place.

When I'm not giving Hugs to myself, my 4 year old Great niece always gives me a special Hug, which I love.
