This is to officially declare MONDAYS and FRIDAYS as official World Hug Days.

The rules surrounding behaviour on these days are very simple - give out hugs and best wishes to the whole of humanity with love and generosity.

Well it is Saturday....and I gave you all a double triple hug yesterday....but I have to respond to lunarcrafts post.

Don't bother with the name...call it whatever you will....but I am sure such a simple thing will lighten your every day.
It will even take away bad thoughts... and replace them with a smile...and positivity.

The reason we don't do it...is because we aren't used to it....we don't think on it....but it is a so simple and wonderful thing to do.

I promise I will start to do it with my family....hopefully when done for some time it will become as natural as breathe....but I will always try to give it a meaning

Another big Bear Hug to you all...and Lunarcraft you are as good as me in this advice....you was the one who brought it forward
