I keep getting sick. Every time i get better, i get sick again. I even got fired from my job because I was sick for so long. They did me one though, i hated working there. :D

I may be sick, but I'm far happier than i was.

yeah i have, its mainly that im easily susceptible to viruses like the flu and the cold, cause Ive had the cold 3 times in 4 months, and the flu 1ce. its really starting to suck. im going to start exercising more, eating healthier, quit smoking, and take my vitamins. hopefully... that will help!

sounds like you have a weak immune system like i do!!! anytime i'm near people who are sick i have to take airborne or else i'll get sick! *huggles to you*

I am always getting ill,whenever someone is sick,i get it......I hate going into shops because i pick up anything and everything.......I have IBS which is with me for life now but im treating that with changing my life........Yes,eating healthy,exercise,multi-vitamins and sleep help improve your health.....Have you tried any health drinks etc? I have goji juice and sometimes the berry,they are a wonder berry and add to good health.Stress is a huge factor for illness,try some things that relax you and recharge you......Also try to think healthy,the mind is powerful.....And maybe trying a crystal would help.....I have one for acid reflux,cant remember the name of it tho....It does help alot for me.....

You just have to try different things.
