been really sick for over 10 days

I have been gone a while, because I spent my entire spring break really sick.
body aches nasty soar throat (it hurt to swallow) and coughing that keeps me up all night.
 I guess the bright side is that it did not happen well I am in school.
But we started back to school today and I am still not well.
So I am going to the on campus health clinic to see what they ca so for me.

 Please send positive energy ....
Also my little brother recently ended up homeless and he is staying here for a while.   It is a very complicated situation (as he is a Christain minister) and I of course am very pagan.  But he is my brother and I love him, so I will always give him a roof if I can..

Healing thoughts for you and for your brother.

I used this natural remedy to get over the flu. I told it to my friend and she just sent an email to thank me as it helped her be able to go to work and school rather than be flat on the bed.

Roast a whole bulb of garlic so that it is soft. One minute in a microwave or 30 min in an oven. If you have a garlic roasting clay pot to use even better.

Spread all the garlic from the whole bulb onto a piece of toast that has been buttered. Its tasty. Also, if you like you can have some red wine and it will help circulate in the body better.

Do this with one or two pieces of toast. you need to consume at least a whole bulb worth or roasted garlic.

Garlic kills viruses. Do this for two or three days.

Also, Chinese herbal medicine teas are good. They taste bad but are healthy .

This is will get you well and strong again.
