I just was contacted by someone that I thougt I had put behind me and now I am so full of shame and rage and hurt I cannot see straight.  any good vibes out there would be a real blessing!

Everyone needs hugs, and I am more than happy to share them.

Anger is something only you can control.  Breathe deaply and breath out a long breath.  And say I love and approve of myself  just the way I am.  say it regularly.  and release the anger and cut the threads.
