The love of my life has decided to no longer work with me on our relationship.  We have two children - 2 and 4 yrs.  I feel very sad as he told me three weeks ago how much he loves me, how he won't be happy with anybody else but me but then the next day admits we have too much baggage for him to be able to revisit our relationship....

Arrrrggghhh a hug would be nice......

I know it will work itself out but in the meantime the situation just seems to hard and unnecessary.  Why can't two people who clearly love each other sort out their differences?  I think too many people are involved in our business now and it's a bit of a case of backing down will lose face (not for me but him).  I sometimes wish our hearts would override our heads.....
