Your flat.. Your a vibrant energetic soul that is dormant.
When your ready give yourself permission to grow again.
When was the last time you did something for no other reason than to do something you felt like doing it... and did it without feeling guilt that you were not tending to something else..
When was the last time you learned ( not dabbled in it, or read about it, but mastered it )a new skill in an area that you had an interest in but not absorbed yourself in.
I find another way to invite positive energy into your life is to volunteer in the community...
Its ok to be dormant for a while, you might just be resting.. if your not ready to get involved and get excited about something thats fine too dont be hard on yourself..
When your ready you'll come back..
Its all about mind, body and soul.. not one or the other.Balance is the key.
Dance, take a long walk, learn tai Chi, or kick boxing
Follow that up with a spa or body pampering, a new hair style and a new outfit.
You might just be ready then to unveil the fresh new you

meaningless? nothing can be meaningless, dear. everything has a meaning - negative or positive. bad experiences frustrate you. good ones please. none can continue for ever. when you are already through this process, things won't seem that bad. time heals. so give it some some. try to get habituated to bad things. even the ordinary things would appear pleasurable.
