I used to stretch my body especially around the hip area every time I woke up in the morning. I used round Red Tiger Eye stretchy bracelet AAA Grade for almost 8 months 24 hour a day. Since then I have never felt the same again. Most of my joint pains gone although some still there especially my arms. Anyway it worked for me.
