Umm soz i can't help you off the bat - as I usually refer to my crystal book and I have lent it to someone.
But I would seriously recommend you going out and buying a decent crystal book. It is really a worth while investment and they are not expensive. There are some recommendations all over MB just search for it.
You see in a decent crystal book they will describe all you need about how to use diff crystals, where to place them, wear them every day or only for a little bit, clearing, layouts etc etc.

And almost every crystal out there helps with depression and sad moods  :smt002
