Red tape Nightmare

Red as a beet and mad as a hatter.
Too little to praise,vex or flatter.
Institutions and burgeoning beauracracies.
Full of misery and disease.
But where it all ends is often a mystery.
Because most lack the courage to live and free.
But thats okay its all temporary any way.
And I will be there to greet them on the day they fade away.
