A Global Span

I came running with great big plows in each of my hands.
I went to and fro until I scraped in all of these lands.
With a sickle shredding up weeds and churning up sands.

I even watered and watched as a fruit blossomed into a bloom.
Nights turned into days and days turned into nights in a zoom.
Lightning’s struck and thunders bounced off with a battering boom.

Scattered dreams mixed in with their modern marvels seem to all appeal.
Fascinations and neat gadgets of all kinds have a tremendous zeal.
And if you put them all into one it makes them seem all too surreal.

So a fresh new spawning seed I have placed into the heart of a man.
In each your lungs ye shall forever breathe in a new lifelong plan.
And each of your passing breaths from hereon they shall reach a global span.

Across the Oceans and over the Mountains we shall all come there to simply just be.
As each our mouths shall openly receive and also each our eyes shall openly look to see.
Throughout all the lands you and I shall shine from Sea to Sea,
A new heart of man breathes a beat to these treasures hidden deep inside of me.
A great golden treasured chest is up on the horizon when you and I both breathe!
