Year Two

Post by Crazedcrow » Sat Sep 29, 2012 9:53 am

Hidden behind closed doors
A mother paces the floors
Missing her begotten
Selfish heart is rotten

I've become that kind of mother
Mirrors reflect
Children I would neglect

Happy days short and few
Clariety dawns the new
Children are gone

Dust till dawn
I see I wronged
Self pity enabled me

A mother no longer
I weep tomorrow
Leave me be

I am busy keeping me
Unable to see hope and grace
No joy time erased
