I'm a fan, but does being spiritual include doing tons of dope and cocaine and numbing oneself with prescription drugs?valas80x wrote:they are really magick and spiritual

I love the pumpkins =)
I've loved them since I was really young.. they were one of my first favorite bands. I wouldn't know about calling them spiritual.. but they are awesome. I finally get to see them after wanting to for oh..10 years in October. I can't wait. :smt005

Smashing Pumpkins
Hi-
I agree that there is something very magical about some of the pumpkins' music. Gish is their best in my opinion, great from beginning to end. When I first heard "Bury Me" On the radio I flipped out. That guitar part in the middle still amazes me to this day. The emotion he gets out of the instrument. I think Billy Corgan is underrated as a guitarist. Dope or no dope they did great work through parts of Melon Collie, but lost me after that. The REM/U2 syndrome I think.
