Ragas are to be plyed as per the time for greater effect. For example raag Durbari is late night Raaga.
Similarly Ragas are played as per season .For example in mansoons" Basant bahar"
ragas also correct moods.
Ragar also cure.
Can any one give clues, lead.or suggest book for guidance.

right................ ragas are those kind of combination of swaras which are specified by our ancient musicians and sages and specified time to sing or play.
u have specified here two ragas but there are more than 1000 different ragas sung in different times the singing time is classically notified as prahars a day is divided into 8 prhars,3hrs each prahar.
really the mystic board is fantastic.

Rag Marvaha is sung in afternoon after the lunch.
It reduces acidity and improves digestion.

Rag Bahar relates with the blossoming of flowers so these  swaras hv great impact for the happiness and energy.

If y change the timing of ragas it will not give the impact and effect / has to be sung on the specific prahar.

Different frequencies of the same swaras also hv different impact.
Ragas played for music therapy r played with specific frequencies.

A raga uses a series of five to nine musical notes upon which a melody is constructed. ... When performed at the suggested time, the rāga has its maximum effect. ... Overall there is a greater identification of rāga with scale in the south than in the north.
