But there is on problem.. On sunday nights I get very less of sleep.. Since I am at home on the weekends.. I dont get too much tired
Exercise in the evening, particularly, if you are sensitive is not a good thing if you have difficulty sleeping!
The point is not to get tired, but become relaxed by the time you are ready for bed!
Avoid exercise after 3 pm or so, and not caffein etc too after that time. Find out what unwinds you best and try that for a few days.
