Any tips to overcome lethargy? I find it very difficult to get up in the morning especially in winters. Even after I wake up, I cannot concentrate on work at times due to lethargy.
Any suggestions??

Overcoming lethargy is possible and it is okay if you feel lethargic once in a while, however if lethargy is a constant state then that can be a problem.
Many time you will feel lethargic if you are recovering from an illnesses
Many times you feel lethargic because your body needs to recover. There are issues that occur if you are feeling lethargic all of the time.
If you are lethargic all of the time then your diet may be responsible. There may be certain foods that make you feel lethargic because it takes a long time for you to digest. Light meals may be better and you will not feel lethargic, you should avoid a lot of carbohydrates in the middle of the day if you are prone to feeling lethargic.
Many times those that are feeling lethargic may not be getting enough sleep. Insomnia may be caused by stress, the weather or temperature. You need to make sure you get a good nights sleep
take up yoga or meditation,
Dehydration can also cause lethargy and drinking water can help you overcome lethargy. Also exercise can bring you out of the lethargic state as long as you do not over tax your body. The next time you are feeling lethargic go for a brisk walk or swim. Exercise increases the endorphin levels in your body, which make you feel great.

Physical stress:
To fight physical stress and fatigue, you should keep your
sensory organs always in pleasant mood.
Eyes: Keep as much green shade as possible in your study/working room. If possible, fill your balcony with flowerpots. An aquarium also gives a feeling of relaxing. Flickering light is a stress to your eyes. Sleep well. Deep sleep is different from long sleep.
Aroma: According to a highly acknowledged scientific book, "Mind ways to Health", humans can distinguish ten thousand different odours and because the part of the brain that analyses odours is intimately connected to emotional centres of the cortex, smell can really affect the way we feel. Aromas can distract the mind from unpleasant thoughts. Peppermint has long been valued as an aid to clear thinking and recent research suggests that a whiff of mint can motivate people before exercise.
Food: Chilly pepper and other spices produce a feeling of pleasurable sensory stimulation. Chocolate stimulates Serotionin in the brain bringing pleasant feeling. On the negative side, `Capsaicin' the chemical in chilly pepper interferes with the nerves that send `feeling full' messages to the brain. Excessive fats in chocolates, pizzas and cool drinks cause a sleepy feeling, due to the diversion of blood and oxygen away from the brain to the digestive areas.
Boost may enhance Sachin Tendulkar's energies, but basically one has to boost his energies from within himself and with regular exercise, walk, good food habits and pleasant surroundings. Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired.
