Hi All,
We must do exercise regularly to lose our weight and to increase our health.
Some benefits of doing regular exercise.
Reduce and maintain weight,
Reduce the risk of stroke and heart disease,
Reduce high blood pressure,
Reduce high cholesterol level,
Prevent from colon cancer and breast cancer,
Prevent from diabetes,
Build and maintain healthy muscles, bones, and joints,
Reduce depression and anxiety,
Reduce the risk of premature death.

Exercise make you happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. Regular physical activity
can even help prevent depression and high blood pressure. Exercise help in  burn calories. The more intense the workout,
the more calories you burn, and make easier to keep your weight under control.

If we do exercise regularly  then we can control our weight, will less suffer from disease,It will give us energy and make us stronger, also helps to create a perfect mood to create a working environment around us.

Exercising makes you look and feel good. It could change your life... I used to be a fatso until I tried exercising... people suddenly have a different perspective of you.

Exercise gives you many advantages like:
1. It keeps you healthy.
2. It reduces the risk of getting over weight.
3. It controls your blood pressure and cholesterol.
4. It cut off the risk of heart attacks.
5. It makes your bones and mind strong.
6  Exercise like yoga can uplift stress and can bring flexibility.

Regular exercise is very important in terms of saying fit and healthy, any physical activity keeps you smart and prevents you from getting many heart disease, it increases metabolism and controls blood pressure. Regular exercise keeps you away from getting stomach problems and bowel problems.

I try and do as much exercise as I can. I go to gym at least 3 times week :)

Yes. Though we are all busy in our daily life, but we have to take a regular exercise to keep a sound health.
