Eat 70- calories day less and loose 3 stone a year!
Just 70 calories, take the long sustainable view, 70 calories is 2 olives, eat 2 olives (or equivalent) and lose 52lb a year - every year, forever.
Some days you are the cart and other days the horse; either way you still get shafted.

I want to suggest some diet tips.
Eat less but more frequent, don't skip your meal it will never be useful for fitness.
Use low calories and high protein foods.
Use egg with your breakfast.
Use lemon juice in the morning and orange juice in the evening.
Do regular exercise. Running would be best.
