Here are some tips for loss your body weight you should be exercise daily at morning and evening both.Go to gym 3 or 4 times in a week.Make a healthy diet plan which consists on balanced vegetables,cereals and fruits..Take out the fish and other cholesterol contain food from your daily diet.For this you should be take help of nutrition specialist.Make a dancing steps,push ups and Yoga for body loss.Drink water as much as you can.Have observations about what effects are you having on your body.
These are very great tips, I am using some of them. If you live with a partner, after exercise it is healthy to have a massage, ask your partner to do it, and afterwards do for him/her as well
