#Take 10 - 30 minutes walk
everyday.
#Eat more foods that grow on
trees and plants and eat less food
that is manufactured in plants.
#Take more of sprouts and salads.
#Drink plenty of water.
#Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
#Forget issues of the past. Don't
remind yourself of mistakes of the
past. That will ruin your present happiness.

Which makes it even more difficult to accept when you see a person who has done the complete opposite of every thing which is being advised here throughout his or her entire lifetime, is now 95 years of age, and has never had a sick day off from work.

Usually these same frustratingly "perfect" people smoke like a chimney and drink like a fish.

This seems most unfair to those of us mortals who have tried to follow these suggestions as best we are able, but still end up to be amongst the walking wounded with chronic, unexplained illnesses a plenty and an earlier death in comparison to these have it all their way people.

Why does justice allow this to happen?

Your writing is good but I think we should follow the rules almost strictly in order to maintain a sound health and also a fresh mind.

Eat healthy and balanced diet and do proper exercise to be healthy and fit for longer.
Don't eat more fats, fried foods and junk foods because these foods affect the health very badly.
Eat more organic and nutritional foods to be healthy, and fight against the diseases.

Eat green vegetables and fresh fruits and do some exercise daily. that procedure is good to stay healthy and fit.

To maintain health exercise and healthy food both are important. Morning walk is very useful activity. This is also very important to take proper sleep because without sleeping 6 to 8 hours we can't live healthy life.
