Here are the 7 foods you should focus on:

1. Oatmeal
2. Nuts

Just out of interest have you ever personally tried to eat TOFU as a substitute for lean meat?

Eating TOFU did not make me lose any weight, but it did quickly make me lose any interest in eating any more TOFU in the future, whether or not I am also eating lean meat.

I think that I will stay with the lean red meat, skinless chicken and fish (both fresh and canned) for now, and leave the TOFU for other people to use as a lean meat substitute.

Plus one or two days a week of no meat or eggs at all.

TOFu are less fatty and it is  better than fork recipes. It is also helpful for heart disease. So eating TOFU will give you healthier life.

Regular walk and exercises, avoid from cold drinks, beers,  fast food helps to reduce weight. Everything depends on strong determination and planing to control on restricted items.

Do it the fun way and exercise.  Yes it is dangerous, but just so fun.  Cardio like bicycling is great.  Ride for about a few miles and work your way up to around 30 miles from the city to the mountains is fun and hard work... and dangerous.

Appreciate it,Meals should be moderated and we should have stuff which is low in fats and calories i mean doesn't really contain a rich amount of these things.
Taking that can be useful but if we go over the top in stuff which is not correct for us we can be overweight you have written an appropriate thing.

Raw veggies foods are good for the weight loss purposes.
You can eat green leafy vegetables, green beans, cucumber, radish, and ginger to lose your weight.

Tofu? It's not healthy, especially for men's health. Xenical generika may help.

For losing weight diet plays an important role and for this purpose it is best to eat less but simple food like fruits and vegetables. Both are best diet food for weight lose.
