I have just finished reading this book, and I would highly recommend that you should do the same, especially if either you or one of your family or friends suffers with depression.
I particularly appreciated the very short chapters and larger print, with my short term memory and visual challenges.
On pages 238 - 243 I liked the "How to live (Forty pieces of advice I feel to be helpful, but which I don't always follow).
This is the true story of how Matt Haig came through crisis, triumphed over a mental illness that almost destroyed him and learned to live again. Moving, funny and joyous, Reasons To Stay Alive is more than a memoir. It is a book about making the most of your time on Earth.
