finished Da Vinci Code last week. it was thrilling. especially the later half of the book was amazing. i couldn't rest peacefully..carried it everywhere i go. but the one thing i did not like about this story is that the main characters are very shallow. especially Sophie. no shades...made me pity her sometimes.

i have started Angels and Demons and i'm finding it interesting..in spite of being written by the same author, this one is far more fast-paced.

I'm reading "Mason & Dixon" by Thomas Pynchon. It's a great read so far. I always love Pynchon's command of both style an content: he has a unique voice (that some people find difficult to get into) and the most amazing, encyclopaedic imagination.
