looking for a book

Hello,

I'm looking for a book which could teach the basics of energy. Clearing out blockages, balancing chakras, energy work (healing), that kind of thing. I've been looking through the forums and haven't quite seen what I have in mind, I appreciate any input very much,

"Quantum Touch" by Richard Gordon may give you some insight as well as some techniques to learn.

spiritual nutrition by gabriel cousens is always on my nightstand. It goes over so many things, balancing chacras, good nutrition, the power of water (chrystals in water) and so many things. It is by the way one of the books highly recommended to buy by my reiki master. Good book
