I have recently read Khaleed Hosseini's two books 'Kite Runner' and 'A Thousand Splendid Suns'. What do you think about his writing style, the way he has developed his characters and the way he has brought Afghanistan alive by his work????

I loved this guy. Read the Thousand Splendid Suns because I had nothing else to read ( that's how I became an Ayn Rand ) fan too :)
there is something about his style of writing which is realistic and makes you cry!

i totally agree. i have tremendous respect for Khaled Hosseini's writing. the way he writes brings tears in your eyes. i have read 'The Kite Runner' and i absolutely loved it. he has a touch of poignancy in his writing which makes his books unputdownable. and he knows how to describe natural beauty.
Have fun, have faith in yourself and always have the best food!
