Buddhist Wisdom

The word "Philosophy" is derived from the Ancient Greek - philosophía (compounded from phílos: friend, or lover and sophía: wisdom). To quote from WikiPedia, "Philosophy is the discipline concerned with the questions of what is the right way to live (ethics), what sorts of things ultimately exist and what are their essential natures (metaphysics), what is to count as genuine knowledge (epistemology), and what are the correct principles of reasoning (logic).

Buddhist Wisdom

Intention is the core of all conscious life. It is our intentions that create karma, our intentions that help others, our intentions that lead us away from the delusions of individuality toward the immutable verities of enlightened awareness. Conscious intention colors and moves everything.

Love and magic have a great deal in common. They enrich the soul, delight the heart. And they both take practice.

Dear Friend,

I think that consciousness comes first and then intention!

ONLY after we WAKE up do we slam the alarm clock shut!

Silly and faulty analogy/example perhaps but hopefully not entirely meaningless.

Unless fully awakened, spiritually, going back to the physical-worldly reality, the ONE who set the alarm clock in the first place, keeps slapping the alarm clock snooze button every 9 minutes and still ends up being LATE!

Love, Light, Levity ...
