This in no way means that you need this spread. But when we were discussing spreads a while back, I mentioned in passing that there was also a spread about losing weight. You showed interest and sorry it has taken me so long to find on my hard drive. Here it is.

It is a 5 card spread-
1.....How I got to this point in my weight gain.
2.....Where I would like to see myself.
3....Weight loss/Fitness Challenges for the month.
4....What I should focus on to reach my goal for the month.
5....Results at the end of the month following the reading.
I'm sure you don't need it, but there you go.
This is quite different than discussing the Yods on the cards, eh?
