Hi Omijit, you say you are a Leo? 23 August 79, I presume you have checked the year then and Jupiter not Saturn is there? I must admit I thought that Neela is usually a Blue Sapphire, kakaneela or neelam?
I think the answer to your question realy lies in the area you are searching. In ayurvedic gemology topaz would surely be seen as a substitute, and most blue topaz are enhanced dyed or laid on a blue base.?
However in crystal healing topaz, especially the blue would be more calming and give the ability to suceed in our dreams aswell as help us to concentrate and reach our goals, and there aren't the same constrictions on what and who and perfection, all crystals can help heal and make things better, even those flawed or rough.
